Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 01 April, 2026We respect your privacy signals and are committed to protecting any personal data that you share on this platform. This Privacy Policy outlines our data capture, security, and dissemination protocols in alignment with standard privacy best practices and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry form on this website to request project specifications, configurations, or direct pricing schedules, we collect standard buyer contact information, including:
- Full Name (to personalize advisory communications)
- Active Mobile/Phone Number (for direct consultation follow-up)
- Email Address (to transmit brochures, floor plans, and documentation)
- Preferred Configuration Selection (4 BHK, 5 BHK or 6 BHK Residences)
- Technical and network identifiers: your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the page URL the enquiry was submitted from, recorded to attribute the enquiry, to prevent duplicate and automated submissions, and to meet MahaRERA channel-partner record-keeping obligations.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your details are captured strictly to support your request for information. We do not engage in casual email harvesting or cold spamming. Specifically, your data is processed to:
- Schedule a private residential consultation with a registered project advisor.
- Transmit verified layout dimensions, carpet schedules, and current pricing sheets.
- Ensure full compliance with MahaRERA communication mandates and security protocols.
3. Data Protection & Security
We implement professional, lightweight frontend and backend security protocols to safeguard your personal credentials. Form payloads are processed over highly secure HTTPS channels directly to RERA-registered customer support networks. Access to your contact data is strictly restricted to authorized customer advisors handling Prestige Nautilus accounts.
4. Third-Party Sharing Disclosures
We maintain a strict zero-spam policy. Your contact information is never traded, leased, rented, or sold to third-party marketing brokers. Data sharing is confined strictly to the authorized Prestige Group sales networks managing the Prestige Nautilus estate, ensuring that you receive only verified, context-relevant updates. One exception applies to advertising measurement: while a Google Ads campaign is running, a one-way SHA-256 hash of the email address and phone number you submit is sent to Google Ads on the confirmation page, solely so that the enquiry can be matched to the advertisement that produced it. A hash cannot be read back as a contact detail, and no readable contact information is disclosed to Google or to any other advertising platform.
5. Data Retention & Disposal
Enquiry records are retained in protected storage for up to 12 months (365 days) from the date of submission, to support ongoing property consultations. Records older than that window are purged automatically. Retention is extended only where an active transaction, dispute, or statutory compliance requirement makes it necessary.
6. Opt-Out & Access Rights
You hold full rights over your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, 2023). If you wish to (a) withdraw your enquiry consent, (b) request access to data we hold about you, or (c) request permanent deletion of your information from our records, please contact our authorized data fiduciary representative:
Please contact our authorized data fiduciary representative by phone or WhatsApp at +91 9768804499 — no sales enquiry form submission is required to exercise your privacy rights.
All data access, correction, and erasure requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and fulfilled within 30 calendar days, in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Cookies, Technical Storage & Advertising Measurement
This page uses the minimum storage its own functions require:
- Essential session cookie: an HTTP-only, same-site cookie carrying the security token that protects the enquiry form against forged submissions. It holds no personal data, expires when the browser is closed, and tracks nothing outside this site.
- Campaign parameters in session storage: advertising click identifiers and campaign tags present in the address you arrived on (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_campaign) are kept in browser session storage for the length of the visit, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the advertisement that produced it. They are discarded when the tab is closed.
- Google Ads measurement: while an advertising campaign is running, this page loads the Google Ads tag, which may set its own cookies to measure conversions, and the hashed attribution described in section 4 is sent on the confirmation page.
Cookies can be blocked or cleared in the browser at any time. Blocking the essential session cookie prevents the enquiry form from submitting, because the security token it carries can no longer be verified.
